We aim to ensure fairness for both Emerging Creators (those who submit tickets) and Expert Creators (those who provide support).
When a ticket is submitted, it triggers a notification in a private Slack channel for Experts. The available Expert with the relevant knowledge can then take on the ticket.
Our goal is to prevent Emerging Creators from having to navigate through extensive lists of portfolios from unfamiliar community members, only to contact multiple people for assistance with a single issue.
Similarly, we want to avoid situations where Expert Creators have to pay to rank higher on the list, lower their prices in hopes of being contacted, or deal with unqualified leads.
Nelson has been an active member of the Webflow community since the platform's closed beta in July 2013, connecting with numerous community members both online and in person.
Nelson makes sure that our program only accepts individuals who genuinely communicate, educate, and support the growth of their fellow community members. Those solely interested in making "quick money" are promptly turned away.
The goal of Ophelia is to educate and nurture Emerging Creators, empowering them to become the next wave of Expert Creators.
For our initial launch, our Expert creators can help with page layout, interactions, custom code, third-party app integration or automation issues.
We hope to provide more types of support in the near future.
While our Experts strive to resolve every issue or at least offer a workaround, there may be instances where a solution is not possible. In such cases, please flag the ticket for our admin team to review. If the admin determines that the issue is unsolvable, we will issue a ticket credit refund.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
We've seen communities across several platforms try to provide async support. What we've found is that while it may be easy to join one of these communities, members of those communities are not able to get high quality support in a timely manner.
Ophelia's model aims to solve this problem.
